All rules published below are subject to change without prior notice.
1.1 The user is solely responsible for transactions on their account. They must ensure to review and confirm their bets for any errors before placing them. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be modified.
1.2 The user of Betsamerica007.com cannot risk more money than they have available.
1.3 The Site is not responsible for missed or duplicated bets made by the customer and will not address modification requests for such bets due to a missed or duplicated play.
1.4 All bets accepted by Betsamerica007.com will be valid unless there is proof of fraud, hacking attempts, or intentional deception.
1.5 When betting via the Internet, customers are solely responsible for transactions on their accounts. Please ensure to review your plays and correct any errors before accepting and confirming them. Betsamerica007.com is not responsible for lost or duplicated bets made by the customer and will not address claims of discrepancies on lost or duplicated bets.
1.6 The balance of each account reflects all pending and future bets; the customer must verify the account balance every time they log in online and before placing bets.
1.7 Once the user verifies and accepts their account balance, it means they agree to all previous transactions without any claims.
1.8 Inquiries or questions regarding your balance must be reported immediately to Customer Service.
1.9 Minimum and maximum bet amounts on all sporting events will be determined by Betsamerica007.com and are subject to change without prior notice.
1.10 For accounts with a negative balance, Betsamerica007.com reserves the right to cancel any pending plays, whether made with funds resulting from an error or not.
1.11 If funds are credited to a client’s account in error, the client must notify BETSAMERICA007 of the error as soon as possible. All such transactions will be considered void unless BETSAMERICA007 notifies otherwise.
1.12 Only in “Classic” view must customers confirm their bets by entering their password, thereby accepting and confirming their played bet, which cannot be modified or deleted thereafter.
1.13 No bet can be canceled once the player confirms it.
1.14 A future bet is void when one of its parts does not complete its participation.
1.15 In case of a tie in an event where three (3) or more competitors are offered in the same option, the payout will be divided among the number of tied players/competitors.
1.16 In over/under bets, overtime is included in the final score (unless specified otherwise). This rule does not apply to soccer games.
1.17 Parlays of the same team where both the point spread and the money line are betted are prohibited.
1.18 Multiple plays where the result of one part of the play contributes to the result of the other (correlated plays) are not accepted.
1.19 Live results updates are for reference only; Betsamerica007.com is not responsible for any errors and reserves the right to cancel any bet if the result is already known or if the odds have not been updated correctly due to technical issues or others.
1.20 In case of an error in a line, whether in rotation numbers, names, odds, schedules, maximum of a play, among others, it will be considered “no action,” and the money will be refunded to the corresponding account. When playing on second half (2H) lines, overtime is included as part of the second half of the game. This rule does not apply to soccer games.
1.21 The date and time of the initial serve indicated serve as a guide only. Bets will be accepted until the previously established initial serve time.
1.22 All sporting events must take place on the specified date, unless otherwise specified.
1.23 If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or the venue is changed, immediately that event will be considered void, meaning all money played on it will be refunded (unless the specific event rules state otherwise). All parlay plays will be recalculated.
1.24 The winner of an event or game will be determined on the date the event is held.
1.25 In case of suspended games, protested or voided decisions, Betsamerica007.com follows the rules established in Las Vegas, USA. Otherwise, the Site will not recognize any of them.
1.26 Please note that third-party products such as Live Betting and Create Your Props do not share the same rules in some sports. Please check each individual page for specific rules on different types of bets. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and understand these rules.
1.27 Betsamerica007 recognizes all pregame plays (Straight or Parlay) with a maximum payout limit of 50 to 1, meaning 50 times the amount wagered.
1.2 OFFICIAL GAME TIMES
Soccer: 90 minutes of play, plus stoppage time. Extra time or penalties are not included.
College and professional American football: 55 minutes of play.
Professional basketball: 43 minutes of play.
College basketball: 35 minutes of play.
NHL Hockey: 55 minutes of play.
Baseball “Money Line” bets for full game: 5 innings (4 1/2 if the home team is winning).
Baseball “Totals” and “Run Line” bets for full game: 9 innings (8 1/2 if the home team is winning).
Baseball half-game (1H) bets: 5 innings (4 1/2 if the home team is winning).
Other sports: all events with estimated game time or time limit must be played to conclusion or at least 5 minutes before to be considered official, and bets to be valid.
Overtime, quarters, or extra innings are included in the final score when playing totals, money line, and point spread, unless stated otherwise; except for soccer which includes the draw option.
Bets made in all periods and quarters are only valid for each specifically.
All bets made in extra time will be valid for the entire extra time, regardless of how many extra times have passed.
2.1 Where does it work?
The Early Payout Parlays option applies only to Parlay (Combination) bets in the pregame mode (before the start of the games).
2.2 How does it work?
The Early Payout Parlays feature is activated when a player places a Parlay bet and wins the first or several legs of the bet without any losing or Push (Tie) legs. From this point, you can calculate the Early Payout of your bet, provided that the remaining legs have not started.
Note #1: Parlays with a suspended or canceled game will automatically not qualify for the early payout option.
2.3 How is the Early Payout calculated?
When calculating the Early Payout, the system recalculates the parlay only with the legs that have already won. The winnings obtained from this new parlay are reduced by a percentage based on the number of legs that have won at the time of the request.

2.5 Where do I find the Early Payout Parlays option on the website?
2.5.1 In the “PENDING” bets section, you should locate your parlay. In the bet detail, the winning legs are identified with a letter (W), which indicates the winning legs with which you can recalculate your parlay.
2.5.2 If the remaining games have not started, the system will show you 2 options for Early Payout of your Parlay.
2.5.3 The “Calculate” option allows you to calculate how much your winnings would be if you decide to close the bet and choose the Early Payout Parlay option.
2.5.4 If you agree with the Early Payout calculation, select the “Cashout” option to proceed to close the bet and obtain the resulting winnings.
2.5.5 If you do not agree with the calculation, the bet will continue to play out normally.
2.6 Terms and Conditions
2.6.1 Once the “Cashout” option is selected, the user cannot reverse the payment to return to playing with their original parlay.
2.6.2 If the Early Payout Parlays option is not displayed, it is solely because one of the remaining legs has already started or was canceled (suspended). From this point, you cannot opt for this option until the game(s) that had started finish again.
2.6.3 If one of the legs is a Push (Tie), the Early Payout will not be offered.
3.1 How does it work?
The Cancel Ticket option is activated when a player places a bet in PRE Game mode, specifically in the following types: Straight, Parlay (Combination), or Teaser. From this moment, if the user wishes to cancel the placed bet for any reason, they can do so directly, as long as none of the games associated with the bet have started. This way, they can calculate the amount to be deducted from their risked amount, and by accepting it, they will eliminate their bet.
3.2 Where does it work?
The Cancel Ticket option applies only to Straight, Parlay (Combination), or Teaser bets in pregame mode (before the start of the games).
3.3 What is the deduction percentage for Cancel Ticket?
The percentage to be deducted from the risked amount is fixed for each type of bet: 10% for Straight bets, 15% for Parlays (Combination), and 20% for Teasers, regardless of the number of legs. For each bet ticket that the user wishes to cancel, the corresponding percentage will be deducted from the risked amount.
3.4 Where can I find the Cancel Ticket option on the page?
3.4.1 In the “PENDING” bets section, you can locate your bets. If none of the games in your bet have started, the system will show you 2 options to Cancel your Bet.
3.4.2 The “Calculate” option will allow you to calculate the commission to be deducted from your risked amount if you decide to cancel (eliminate) your bet.
3.4.3 If you agree with the deducted amount, select the “Cancel Bet” option to proceed with canceling the bet and refunding your remaining risked amount.
3.4.4 If you do not agree with the calculation, the bet will continue in play without any alterations.
3.5 Terms and Conditions
3.5.1 Canceling bets is irreversible; once accepted and canceled, your bet will not be reinstated unless you place it again.
3.5.2 If the Cancel Bet option is not displayed, it is solely because one of the games associated with your bet has already started.
3.5.3 The system DOES NOT ALLOW the cancellation of live bets, horse racing bets, direct or combined props bets, future bets, championship winner bets, or any other future bets.
3.5.4 As long as the matches have not started, the user may opt for the Cancel Ticket option. This option is independent of any line changes that may occur before the games.
